Chris has been a licensed Attorney since 1997.  I practiced Corporate and Insurance Litigation for my first five (5) years of practice in Ohio.  Having moved to Florida in 2003, I became a licensed attorney in Florida as well as a licensed Realtor.  I opened my own law practice but concentrated on the area of real estate.  I have since associated my self with excellent investment partners and together we have opened a Real Estate Brokerage & Real Estate Investment Co. My education, background and associations gives our company and clients excellent Representation as well as a unique approach to Investment Techniques & Contract Formation.
