A native of Louisiana, Cathy has lived in Jacksonville since 1995. Prior to joining Exit 1 Stop Realty Cathy was employed for 10 years with Bank of America specializing in retail/commercial banking and real estate lending. Cathy graduated with a bachelor's degree in Finance from Northwestern State University.Cathy holds a Florida Real Estate license and is an active member of the North East Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Currently, she is working on obtaining her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute.  She plans to have this complete by the Summer 2009.Her years of banking experience were concentrated in the area real estate lending giving her a tremendous background to assist clients in the purchase and sale of real estate.On a personal level, Cathy is an active member of the Deerwood Country Club and enjoys networking and playing tennis. Whether you are buying or selling, Cathy guarantees friendly service, professional integrity dedication to your real estate transaction.
