Prior to becoming a full-time residential Realtor in 2002, I worked as an investment property manager  for 28 years. Twenty of those years I managed 276 units and cared for over 400 clients at any given time.  During  8+  years of that tenure I held an active Missouri Real Estate license.   I changed to full time residential real estate because I  can still enjoy helping people with their housing needs and be self employed.  I have been helping clients make moving on and moving in a smooth transaction since 1970.  I choose to affiliate myself with the RE/MAX family because they represent the same ideals I do.  The customers needs always come first.  RE/MAX is one of the top 3 real estate companies in the world which would give me a network that in not just  defined as a Springfield metro base like our local companies, but a global base.    My customers deserve to have their properties marketed  to the largest numbers possible to keep us on top of 2007 global technology.  I love the fact that this company realizes this is an ever evolving business.  This company includes a constant commitment to keep their agents education up to date.  ¨ I have completed three national  certification courses through the National Association of Realtors and numerous non certifiable courses.  I have completed the GRI designation (Graduate Realtors Institute), a SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative).  The ABR course required an elective course.  I choose a relocation course.  I am working on the completion of an E-Pro course.  This course is strictly for internet professionalism I strive to remain in touch with all current issues for my professionalism and to be of better service to my clients.
