In the past 10 years, I have worked in every aspect of real estate from building to lending to appraising to helping people buy and sell houses as a real estate agent.

A Certified Residential Appraiser, I understand the real estate market from the ground up. I am also writer and web designer.

Five years ago, I launched a website called Discover-Colorado-Springs.com with my wife, Teresa, to help educate, guide, and entertain people about Colorado Springs. I didn't plan on Discover-Colorado-Springs.com being a real estate site. I was passionate about Colorado Springs, our great community, and about trying to build a webiste. After a lot of years of avoiding being a real estate agent, I decided that what I really wanted to do was help people navigate the wilds of real estate transactions. I bring the same passion to those I help as a real estate agent that I"ve done to everything I do.
