We decided several years ago that we were finally finished working in the corporate world and especially for someone else. So, back then we both started to Real Estate training schools, passed all the testing, got our licenses, and started selling in the Shell Knob real estate market many years ago. We are Professionally Selling the Ozarks!

We have lived in Shell Knob for over 25 years now and know the area pretty well. Actually we have lived in four different subdivisions and have a lot of good friends. 

We sold our office building. We now operate Goodman Realty with the same website name www.goodman-realty.com and phone number from Our in Home Office) located less than a mile from the town.

Just take Lake Road 39-9, also known now as Needles Eye Rd off of Missouri Hwy 39 and go about 1/2 mile to the entrance of The Bluff's. Turn at the Brick Marquee (left) into The Bluffs Subdivision. Go to the first left (Summer Place) and turn left and then go to the 2nd home on your left side. Our address is 25176 Summer Place.

Monte was our general contractor and we built our own new home a couple of years ago. We did it our way with a hand ful of contractors and good friends.

Cere was the landscaper here. She picked out all of the trees, bushes, grasses, and all the other unique trees that you can see located in our yard. For instance there is a blue weeping atlas, an alaskan weeping cedar and many other trees unique grasses and plants. The southerly end of the yard has a nice arbor and there are a couple of hand made trellis's in the yard.

We have three wonderful children and five grand-children and are truly blessed to be able to live fairly close to all of them. What a gift!
