How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?

The best way to find the right house is by knowing what the "must" and "wish" list are for the individual or the family. Then having the buyer speak with a mortgage professional to determine the budget. Once we have these basics we can start selecting an area, a school district and the right home.

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?

Buyers should always have the neighboring comparable home values before determining the initial offer. After this is reviewed we can make sure we aren't over paying for a house.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?

Marketing aggressively both online and internationally is now key.

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?

Don't let small fixes delay the sale of the house. Get the small things done so that the inspections go smoothly. Second disclose what you know
