I am a specialist in FHA/HUD Title II, Application and Approval process for Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, and a DE Underwriter with over 10 years experience. I have designed ground-up Government Lending Programs for major mortgage brokers to include FHA and VA Mortgage Origination Practices.  I have developed ground-up Warehouse Lending Programs transforming Mortgage Brokers to Mortgage Bankers by creating Work-Flow, Vision, and Mission Statements that accommodate a sound and well designed Quality Control Plan built to provide strength, profitability, and growth. 

Throughout my career I have developed my knowledge of Single Family Housing programs as they pertain to the Primary Market in mortgage origination, including single family mortgage insurance sections:  203(b), 203(k), 251, 221(d)(2), 234(c).  I am considered by many to be a subject matter expert in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance programs and lending practices.  I have been involved in every aspect of the origination of FHA insured mortgages from origination, processing, closing, funding, and what I feel most important underwriting.  I find my understanding of FHA's approach to mortgage credit analysis and loss mitigation to be one of my greatest professional strengths.

I have spent the majority of my career teaching sound techniques in underwriting, sales, processing, closing, funding, shipping, and as a consultant in overall operational efficacy.
