Phil Mahr

I began my career in the real estate industry as a loan officer in 1998 working for a small Scottsdale, Arizona residential lender. After partnering with a local Realtor, I began a successful business fixing and flipping homes. I expanded my expertise to Los Angeles and Orange County, where I represented investors as a buyer's agent for a small broker in the Los Angeles area.

In 2009, I took the position of acquisition advisor for a property management company in Glendale, Arizona. It became evident that I could substantially increase my investors return by finding unique sources of real estate to add to their portfolio. Soon after, I started contract work for a prominent trustee auction biding service. I helped develop new procedures to maximize the success rate of our bids.

Now I have joined the team at World Class Properties in order to combine my unique skill set with the most knowledgeable and respected real estate professionals in the Southwest. Jan and I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate investment goals.

Have been in Arizona since 1973, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and selling throughout the valley since 2001.
