If you are like most agents I meet, you are feeling overwhelmed, full of frustration and fear, and you just don’t know what to do about it. Well, you can relax because if you’re willing to open up and play the game full-on, then I’m willing to help you overcome whatever it is that’s holding you back. The thing is, as I’ve learned over my 15 years of coaching and training real estate agents, there’s only so much I can do. As the old saying goes, ‘I can lead the horse to water, but I can’t make you drink’. Are you ready to drink?

The key to any successful coaching program is having a coach who is focused on holding you accountable, and you being committed to doing whatever it takes to reach your goals. There are many coaching programs out there for you to choose from. I know, I’ve been a part of many of them. There are also lots of training programs out there that promise to take you to various levels of production. I teach some of them myself on a regular basis, and it is from this teaching experience over the last 5 years that I’ve found something missing.

All of the real estate training I have encountered makes one basic supposition – that you know how to sell. Now don’t get me wrong; I fully believe that people love to buy and they hate to be sold, but at some point in the process, you have to use basic sales skills. Selling is an art, it can be learned, and it’s not something that is taught in the real estate schools. My teaching and learning inspired the creation of both the M.A.D. Camp and Feel the FEAR & Love It! programs.
