My specialty is first time home buyers and new construction. Many first time home buyers don't realize they can buy a house nor do they understand the process. When you come in for your first appointment; I will take information such as your name, address, housing information, work experience, income, investments, etc. With the buyers written permission, I will send this information to our preferred lenders so they can see where they stand as far as credit score, collections and judgements.
