So many times, sellers and buyers ask, "Why should I even get a Realtor involved?  Can't I get a better deal without paying commission"?  The answer I always give is that, yes, there may be instances when you will get what appears to be a better deal without me.  However, after negotiating repairs and inspections on your own (on either side), or setting up times with termite companies and attorneys, or making sure you have every "t" crossed and every "i" dotted, is it truly a better deal?  What is your time and sanity worth to you?  I am an expert at what I do!  I'm not perfect, but I strive for it every day.  I do my best to deliver on my clients' expectations, knowing that if they are happy, not only will they come back, but they'll refer their friends!
