I specialize in residential real estate and I also have experience in commercial real estate, investment properties, agricultural and hunting land, foreclosures & HUD homes.  I have received extensive training is Short Sales, Foreclosures, and REO properties. I have represented several national, regional and local banks/asset managers in the sale/disposition of foreclosure, bank owned and REO assets.  As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I have been trained in foreclosure avoidance. 

I have helped many first-time home buyers find a wonderful starter home.  I also enjoy helping families sell their homes quickly for the highest price while helping them find a home that better fits their needs as a growing family.  I devote myself to every transaction for my clients.  I am involved in every part of a real estate transaction from searching for the perfect home to securing financing and then to the closing and beyond.  Once you are my client, I intend for you to be my client forever.
