| Unfortunately my husband and I's experience as first-time home buyers has been anything but ideal. We have unfortunately gone through multiple inspections (of different homes). Our first inspector came highly recommended by a leader in the field. He was decent, but by no means did he compare to Costel. We only wish that we had found Costel sooner. Costel was extremely thorough, professional, prompt, informative and transparent through the entire process. He definitely helped calm the anxiety of this process. We were stressed about paying for a second inspection but the prices were very reasonable and competitive and Costel also allows credit card payments. We highly recommend him-especially for first time buyers.
