There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent Realtor- integrity, in- depth community, market knowledge, marketing, effective negotiation skills and a high quality professioanl network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  I have a very simple business philosophy, always do the right thing for people by keeping their best interest first.  This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs.  This " client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

     I am very familiar with  El Dorado and Sacramento County.  This allows me to provide you with the valuable information these communities have to offer, such as schools, shopping and activities. I live in Fair Oaks with my husband who is a General Contractor and our two daughters. As a family we enjoy many of the activities offered throughout the community. We particularly enjoy the American River and the many trails which are known to attract bicycle enthusiasts. Whether it's a trip to Lake Tahoe or a visit to San Francisco we live in the best location where it's only a few hours drive. 

     I studied Social and Behavorial Sciences in college and it is my committment to helping others that allows me to do what I love.
