I have been a mortgage loan officer for more than 25 years. My expertise and knowledge of mortgage lending products and mortgage lending guidelines and programs is hard to match. I pride myself on a true performance level of customer service. I started out in the real estate industry more than 30 years ago as an escrow officer in California. I moved here to Utah 19 years ago and now I am proud to call it my home. Becoming your "loan officer for life" is my ultimate goal. First time homebuyers need the guidance and knowledge of a very experienced loan officer. I feel it is important to educate all of my first time homebuyers as we proceed together through the mortgage loan process. Having a 25+ year history in real estate and mortgage lending, I doubt there is a question that I can't answer.
