    I could not be happier with my experience with Dana. I worked with her in the past to get my condo rented. When my previous tenant moved out, I contacted her again for the sale of the property. I am currently living in Australia, I wanted a quick sale of the unit. Dana did enough research to tell me what would be the best time and price to sell my unit. After one open house, I received an offer at almost full asking price (8 days after the property went on the market). Despite my distance from DC, Dana worked with me to complete the sale of property. She found contractors to complete the repairs requested by the buyer and arranged for each of them to complete the work in a timely manner. In addition, each time that I was had a question or needed information regarding the sale I heard from her in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone else in the DC/MD area seeking a professional real estate agent.

    Dana was fabulous and very patient in sheparding me through the process of buying my first house. Any time I had any qualm or concern, she directly addressed it and brought in experts to suggest solutions. She helped me get through the loan application process, the inspection and follow up stuff. She is a terrific advocate.

    She also helped me my former husband lower our property taxes by giving us information to appeal our tax assessment. I would recommend her very highly.

    We were trying to relocate from New Jersey to DC area over the last summer. Although we were looking to buy a house in a suburb, we really wanted to buy a house in area where it would still feel like living in a city and also close to a city. And, we did not know much about DC area. Dana helped us find a perfect home for us at a right price from start to finish. As we were first-time home buyers, we needed help with everything.     Dana represented us on a house we were interested in buying, but in the end the purchase fell through because of issues associated with repairs made to the house. It was a stressful situation for us, to say the least, but through it all Dana had earned our trust with her professionalism, her uncompromising integrity, and thoroughness in her follow-up.
