I have been a real estate broker / advocate in Colorado since 1984, always residing in the Greater Metro Denver area. After 27 years with two brokerage firms, I have embarked on a new challenge of being back on my OWN. Gold Way RE is Specializing in residential property, real estate investments, short sales, and foreclosures. Been helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure since 2000, by working a short sale with the lenders!
It is of great importance to educate the general public / clients of the current real estate market, and the unique process of acquiring / disposing of real property; assisting folks with money managment/budget/credit/finacial growth in today's environment. | I've know Dan for more then 10 years. He has helped me sell two houses and buy one. He came in at time where we had another realitor who tried for 9 months and only got a few bites on our house. Dan was able to come in and sell it in 10 days. Yes you read this right. That's when we knew we did take the 'HOP" to Excellence. I trust Dan with all my buying and selling needs. | Dan has sold one home for me and found my current home for me. He is an expert in his field and works extremely hard for all his clients. He knows the Denver area market inside and out plus all of the suburbs surrounding the metro area. Dan gets results in a hurry. He sold my former home in a few weeks (in a bad market) and found me another in no time. Both closings happened in a hurry as well. I highly recommend Dan as a real estate professional.
