| David did an exceptional job as our buyer's agent. Very knowledgeable about the local area, processes, and methods to find, secure, and close on the home we bought. He went the extra mile to make sure that our inspections and reports that could have presented an issue with our lender were handled immediately. Even went as far as pressure washing some of the exterior wood to satisfy a "repair" issue noted by the pest inspector. David's no nonsense, no pressure approach was appreciated. I preferred to do most of the searching and qualifying on my own using his agent website that kept me up to date on all new and existing listings. Once I found one I wanted to see, David responded within a few hours, often within minutes. Great process. Ended up buying only the 3rd one we looked at thanks to David's help. | When we started our search, we knew some things we wanted (one-story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath) and David helped us understand other needs/requirements (minimum neighborhood quality, no fixer-upper, history of the house). David was very patient with us as we looked at several different houses. There was never any pressure to buy a particular house (such as one with a higher price to increase his commission). We recommend David to family and friends every change we get. |
