Precision Property Inspections is owned and operated by myself, David Williams. I've been constructing and maintaining homes for over 10 years. I've lived in St. George Utah for all of my life and have built a name for myself with good honest work and integrity. I take pride in being able to help and educate new home owners and maybe save some headaches. Performing home inspections here in St. George and the surrounding areas is what I have a passion for and I hope it shows in my work.

That is one of the most important questions you should be asking yourself when looking for a home inspector. Rest assured I didn't just hang up a sign and start my own business yesterday. I have over 10 years experience in residential construction. I've done everything from pouring the footing to installing the roof. Believe me, I know what goes into a home.
