Getting to Know David

>  Grew up in a small town in Somerset Mass located Southeastern Massachusetts and went to the Somerset School system graduated in 1977. Went to UMASS Dartmouth and graduated in 1981

>  1981 : U Mass Dartmouth graduate, Bachelor of Science Degree, Business Minor.

>  1982 : Started in the corporate world and was a Junior Engineer at Quaker Fabrics Corporation, Fall River, Ma

>  1983 :  Decided it was time to be self employed David started his career in Real Estate and started in a small office Town House Realty , Somerset, Ma

>  1984 to 1997 : Became a Real Estate Investor acquired over 135 apt units in the Bristol County Area, Massachusetts. David has been working and helping the community for 25 years and enjoys helping people find a home.

>  1996 Decided to exit the Residential investment Real Estate market and went to the commercial market.

>  1998 moved to Spring Hill, Florida David started to live his dream, the Florida Lifestyle.

>  He is enjoying assisting Sellers and Buyers with their Real Estate needs. David especially loves to work with first time home buyers making it fun helping and teaching them the buying process with buying their first home.

>  1999 Became a REO Specialist in the greater Tampa Area helping home owners with Short Sales, avoid Foreclosures and list Bank Owned properties. He brokers the total spectrum and has diverse experience in all aspects of REO (Bank Owned) property Management and disposition.

>  1990 Member and Finance Board of New Hope Christian Church, Swansea Ma

>  1995 President and Founder of the Greater Fall River Landlord Association Helping with tenant/ landlord issues, code compliance issues and teaching the continually changing codes in the area. This group networks on a monthly basis to teach the demands of becoming a Property Investor, helping with available programs and resources for local Landlords.
