| We highly recommend Dawn Loding to be your Realtor. We had time constraints as we had to move within two months. We found a home immediately and began the process, but due to indiscretion on the the part of the seller, that home fell through. Dawn was very caring and was determined to help us find a home, now with only one month left to move. We found a home that was on the market for one day, she shifted her appointments around for us to view it and put in a bid. She advised us wisely through a bidding "war" and we won the contract. We love our home! We never dreamed we'd be able to live in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Dawn Loding. |

| After close to 2 yrs of going around and around with my mortgage holder in an effort to modify my loan agreement my wife and I were ready to just give up and let the bank foreclose on the property just to be done with them. A family member suggested I look into the possibility of a short sale. I did some online research and decided to go with Dawn Loding at Keller Williams after we had met up and discussed the pro's and con's. In a nutshell it was the best decision we had made. A short sale ( as I learned throughout the process) is both labor intensive and very stressful in dealing with the bank. Thankfully, Dawn took over dealing with the banks short sale team and was critical to having things expedited and in securing a cash buyer that resulted in having a successful closing in under 90 days. Dawn was "Johnny on the spot" during the entire process and I can not thank her and the other members of Smartt Team enough for helping us during a very stressful time. |
