Good morning Diane - YOU ARE THE GREATEST!!! I love your spirit of always hustling,never giving up and always inventive! CONGRATULATIONS!! you are truly to me the image of a successful realtor. When you get a chance, please also check what goes when they say "furniture". As to the VA loan, I have never had one and have always believed in what my father said, "if you can't pay cash for it, you don't need it!!They were wise words and served me well, but things have changed a little as age progressed.
