I grew up in SW Virginia and I enjoy being of service to others.   I have over 35 years experience working in Real Estate, Banking and Mortgage in addition to my Notary expertise.   I provide my clients with friendly, dependable and detail oriented services.    I also handle unique situations like providing a third party witness, nighttime closings and weekend hours.

   I am commissioned by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Notary Public.   I am also certified by multiple agencies to do residential mortgage signings for purchases, refinances, seller docs, reverse mortgages and others.   Those agencies include the National Notary Association (NNA) and Notary Signing Agent Blueprint (NSA Blueprint).

  I am currently registered with a number of the national signing companies and work with numerous title companies as well.   I submit to an annual background check and carry $100K in E&O insurance for your protection.     

  I have been a Realtor, a Bank Manager and a Nationally Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator ( NMLS #268590 ).   I have also been an instructor for a nationwide mortgage loan originator training school.   In the past, I was often referred to as  "The Virginia Mortgage Expert".

  I am constantly training and learning the latest information on residential mortgage programs, new laws and current regulations to be certain that your signing will be correctly and appropriately completed.
