Deborrah C. Aiken, an award winning Broker Assiciate with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Network Realty, has been successfully marketing homes and assisting buyers in purchasing their homes since 1994. A resident of Palm Coast, she attended St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and enjoyed 20+ years of sales, marketing, and sales management experience in the food & beverage industry. She held responsible positions with General Foods, Buitoni Foods and Pepsi Cola.
Having completed the rigorous study and practice experience required to earn the (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist designation held by only 4% of Realtors nationally and (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute held by only 15% of Realtors nationally; she has been awarded the (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, E-Pro, Integrity Coaching and At Home with Diversity certifications. This Relocation Specialist makes education an essential facet of her business. These designations and certifications indicate an advanced knowledge of the Real Estate industry making her invaluable to her Buyer and Seller customers.
Debbie's consistent multi-million dollar production has earned her a consistent place in the FAR Honor society. She has served as the Flagler County Association of Realtors Treasurer, 2006 President Elect, and 2006 President. 2007 Director for FCAR and FAR. 2008 Florida Chapter CRS, District 2 Representative.
Debbie and her husband, Bob spend their free time together boating, reading and socializing with family and friends. They have also been valunteering with Guardian Ad Litem in Flagler County since 2004.
In the past year, Debbie has been working closely as a referral specialist with Jennifer Cook. Debbie continues to provide exceptional service to past and new customer through the added value of Jennifer's expertise.

Having lived on the water for the past 10 years makes me appreciate all the natural resources Palm Coast has to offer everyone. The beauty of the trails, parks, biking, golf courses, boating and water sports, tennis, provides an interest for all.
