| If you live in the SoCal area and need a home inspection, I highly recommend Del Fine Home inspections. Vince the inspector performed a thorough inspection on the 1st home we placed an offer on and uncovered numerous, expensive issues that we never would have detected. He literally saved us from spending on a money pit. Vince also inspected our 2nd home and did a fantastic job. The service is really great. With each report he provided a detailed explanation with pictures of the property and issues. The report is very easy to read and understand. Buying a home is such a huge, expensive decision and it is so important to have an inspector that will give you an honest price and do honest work. Del Fine provides both. |

| My Wife and I are currently buying a home in Lomita and we researched home inspectors and Vince and his company came highly recommended. I was glad I did the research prior to having the home inspection done. Vince was extremely professional and easy to work with. He invited me to come along with him on the home inspection and during the inspection he pointed out every little nook and cranny and gave me recommendations that went above and beyond what I expected. His inspection report was very professional and came within 24hrs of the actually inspection! I would recommend this service to anyone who is purchasing a home in the area. Thanks again Vince! |
