Stagers are not trained, they are gifted!  I am an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager & Redesigner since 2007; but I began staging way before that! Creating a functional, believable home environment has always been a part of me.  My own room as a little girl encouraged me to rearrange, re-decorate and use what I loved to make my space magical.  Realtors can be sure I will delicately train their sellers to try to see what I see, and use simple, low cost steps to make their homes ready for prospective buyers.  My entire perspective is to get the home sold without gimmicks or artificial means.  Natural staging means using whatever is lovely in a seller's home to show off what makes that home special. Buyers are looking for a solid investment, and although staging will not trick a buyer into paying more than the market will bear, it will present a desireable product.  FAST!
