I'm an Active Real Estate Agent, living and working in the Northern Neck of Virginia.  The Northern Neck, has been described, as one of the best kept secrets in Virginia.  It is truly, one of the Magical Places on earth.  Once, you visit, you will be forever changed.  It is such a lovely place, with so much charm and history, that you won't be able to resist.  The area is a Middle Peninsula situated between the Potomac and the Rappahannock Rivers, flowing into the Chesapeake Bay.  So, all roads lead to the water.  The Northern Neck, boasts the birthplaces of three Presidents, which includes George Washington, James Madison and James Monroe.  Since the early 1600's, the area has been relatively untouched by over development.  George Washington simply calIed the area "the Garden of Virginia."  I would love to give you a tour of the area, and let you experience the Magic for yourself.
