I understand that it can be intimidating to have a stranger come into your home to suggest changes. 

I know it is my job to make your home appeal to all who see it.  Design is my passion and my gift, and I want to share it with you.  I will make your home a place where everyone feels like it's their home.  I know that creating this type of environment encourages multiple offers.  It will get your home sold faster and for a higher price.

During your two to three hour consultation; I will walk through each room in an organized manner and give suggestions to draw attention to your home's best feature and diminish any negative ones.

I will start by moving furniture, art work and rearranging accessories.  This will give you an idea of what I can do to help you sell your home.  In some cases, my work will be completed at this point.

If additional work is required, I will provide you with a comprehenive list of suggestions that will give you optimal selling power.

You will have choices, yes choices.  If there is additional work that I recommend such as painting or repairs; you can do all the work yourself I can give you a list of  contractors whom you would pay directly.
