1969: Land Sales for Terracor Realty for Bloomington Hills, St. George, Utah, Ruidoso,
New Mexico, Ocala Vacation homesites, Ocala, Florida. Consultant for pre-construction
sites under all phases of construction. New subdivision sales.
1972 - 1992: Family firm (1st brokerage in So. NV., Norman Kaye Real Estate "A
Trusted Name in Real Estate since 1957". Managed the first largest independent Real
Estate firm in Southern Nevada as office manager over 163 agents with 5 locations. Top
sales from 1972 through 1992. Instituted the company grievance committee in 1985.
1992 - 1993: Americor Realty. Top producing buyers' agent. Multi-Million Dollar
Presidents club status.
1994 - 1999, 2003-2006: Liberty Realty, Continued work in building projects.
1996-1998: Co-owner of American Builders Corporation Inc. of Henderson, NV.
Construction of metal framed homes between 4,300 to 7,600 sq.ft. Onsite foreman duties
for all phases of construction.
2001-2003: Joined North American Brokerage to find and secure Diagnostic Center in
the Las Vegas area for NAMC Meadows medical. Obtained 6 multi-million dollar
properties and fullfilled the contract.
2006 - 2009: Keller Williams World Media Center in California & Keller Williams
Realty-Las Vegas in Nevada.
2009 - Retired; Prudential Realty California and Americana Group in Nevada
Bernie DiOrio School of Real Estate - All courses of Real Estate ethics, principals, and
practices.
Randy Van Rieken Southern Nevada School of Real Estate in depth study of all aspects
of Real Estate
Law and how it pertains to the practical everyday use in Real Estate. General studies
included.
UNLV - Under Graduate in Plate Tectonics and the effect of siesmology pertaining to
shifting boundries in Real Estate worldwide.
Key Realty - State & Federal reinstatement testing.
Other studies included a minimum of over 570 hours combined studies of Law, Ethics,
General and Specific aspects of all Commercial, Residential,and Business Real Estate
practices. Continuing classes every 2 years in Nevada and every 4 years in California..
