I am the owner of "Design Shift" in the Pensacola Fl area. I am an Accredited Staging Professional and Interior Redesginer with over 25 years of experience and a double certificate in this arena.
I specialize in advising Realtors, homeowners, builders and investors on how to prepare properties to sell faster and for more money. I focus on helping clients stage their home for maximum first impression results, giving every potential buyer crossing the threshold of that home an irresistible urge to purchase.
I have worked from Midland Texas to Sarasota Florida working in and gaining expertise not only in Interior Design but I worked for fours years with a tile company designing bathrooms nd kitchens for both new construction and remodel projects. I served as Vice President of the Interior Design Society- Sarasota Chapter for four years. I worked as an apprentice with several well noted designers in the Tallahassee Fl area.And I owned my own business(when I was young enough to spend 10 hours a day on a ladder!) as a muralist.That in itself has given me an added edge in the areas of color selections, balance, proportion and scale.
I bring a unique perspective and master of core design elements like:use of space, ergonomics, lighting, color and texture to every project I consult on. My passion for organization and aversion to clutter will help draw attention away from imperfections and draw attention to key architectural elements that can make a home unique and attractive.
