Attorney Danielle G. Van Ess founded her solo practice DGVE law to help people add to, protect, and move their families with as little stress and as much compassion and solid advice as possible.

A wife and mother (of three children five years and under) herself, Danielle is particularly sensitive to the time constraints and pressing legal needs of young families and does her best to make the process of obtaining the legal services you need as painless as possible.  She understands that the process can be intimidating at times for her clients, most of whom also tend to be busy parents of young children buying their second or third homes in the Greater Boston area.  Danielle strives to create an empowering and fulfilling experience by helping her clients through their particular matters in a friendly and relaxed manner. When the going gets rough, Danielle handles it for you, earning the nickname "The Closer" by her clients for doing everything possible to make sure the deal is done. 

Her practice is holistic, compassionate, and environmentally conscientious.  Danielle truly enjoys the counseling that is so much a part of her law practice.  She wants her clients to feel comfortable contacting her with whatever questions or concerns they have, whenever it is convenient for them, without fear of incurring additional charges, so she charges a flat, rather than hourly, fee.  Danielle's clients also know they have developed a lasting relationship with their lawyer to whom they can turn for assistance and referrals whenever the need arises.  Trust is key in any relationship, that is why she has developed cordial and strategic professional relationships to ensure her clients always obtain quality legal services and unbiased counseling.
