Having worked full time as a licensed Realtor since 1994, I've enjoyed meeting so many wonderful families and I still continue to work with additional family members who've been referred through past clients over the years.  I began my real estate career in a partnership with my husband. Joe and I worked together until 2008 during which time, we earned many awards and distinguishing merits but the most treasured award we received was for Customer Service.

I strive to provide the best service for my clients by anticipating their needs prior to situations arising. The majority of my business is referral-based and I value the trust and respect that entails.

I have systems in place to eliminate as much stress as possible and create a smooth transaction for all involved.  My response time to problems or situations is through a proven track record that guarantees success and repeat clients. With my experience, knowledge and prompt communications, I work as a team with my clients and the results are closed escrows and happy clients!

Buying or selling can create a fear of the unknown, but with aptitude and ability, new visions become clear and the fear factor vanishes. I identify potential obstacles and find effective ways to avoid or overcome them. Keeping everyone informed throughout the transaction creates a harmonious relationship and a successful close.

The short sale market and foreclosure inventory created new challenges for us all and with education and experience, I've been able to claim a prosperous track record.

One of my all-time favorites is to work with first time homebuyers and sellers. They are able to find their dream home and by working with me, I'm priviledged to share that dream.
