I have worked on a wide variety of properties; anything from a $3,000,000 a Las Vegas Mansion to a $4,000 600SF house in Amarillo. I have worked for Home Owners, Investors, Estate Trustees and Financial Institutions.

I enjoy working the high end market and find that it suits my personality and ability well. Marketing high end real estate is much more than just information and photos, it's about making a connection between the buyer and the property by creating the right atmosphere and image. My average list price is continually going up and that makes me happy!

As a real estate buyer, it is very important to work with an experienced and capable real estate agent. Having someone on your side to evaluate property, recommend the structure of the offer and negotiate the offer is extremely valuable.
