It seems that brokers and agents fit into 1 of 2 major categories when it comes to how we approach our business. Certainly, this is a broad generalization but it works on a philosophical level. I see the 2 approaches as either relationship based or transaction based. I am definitely the former. I always expect to work my clients again and again, sometime in the future. The goal is to build trust. Trust creates my reputation. Reputation is what gets or loses me the opportunity to work for existing and prospective clients alike. There's nothing wrong with transaction based business and I know a lot of very successful brokers and agents who work this way. It's just not me. I want to be known as the guy you can call and get an accurate and honest answer from, even if that's all you need. Please call. If I don't have the answer I promise to get it, or refer you to a trusted source who will. I want to earn your trust and your business long before you hire me. When you do hire me, you'll be confident that your real estate concerns are getting the attention and expertise they require.
