I am a lead generator who works with both home buyers and home sellers. In 1997, I began selling homes professionally when I worked for a small boutique home dealership. I quickly learned the skills of prospecting for home buyers and sellers. During my selling career, I also acquired knowledge and the skills related to the building process and land development. I soon was promoted to General Manager and then went on to open my company - Home Dealership Evergreen State Homes Inc. and Washington State Mortgage, both located in Puyallup, Washington. Desiring more flexibility and opportunity, I made the decision to obtain my real estate license in 2001. This was definitely one decision in my life I have never looked back on. 

I have a strong passion for the real estate business and helping home buyers and seller achieve their dreams and goals. With my combined experience and the team I have developed, I have sold over 1,000 homes in my career. 

In addition, I have also been a resident of Pierce County for over 30 years. I am married to my wonderful and supportive wife Sarah Leske and have two great boys Jeremiah (11) and Alexander (5). I love to spend time with my kids, read great books, play golf, water ski, snow board, snowmobile, and get my boys down to the Oregon Sand dunes. I have also learned some great life lessons with the ups and downs of the real estate market, which have made me a better father, husband, and person. As long as we keep learning from our life lessons we always Win!
