I have a GRI with yearly Post graduate studies,Accredit Buyers Broker,Senior residential Real Estate Specialist,Certified Consumer Residential Specialist . Only about 3 % of all realtors have these degree's.

With a fast changing market you need someone who is up to date with ALL of the information not just some of it. I easly can handle a  30 mile radius and on occassion go out as far as 125 miles radius in IL.

Whether if it is Commerical/Residential Sales/Buying or leasing I can handle it . I have done personally rehabbing on my own properties and is always willing to give some helpful advice or contractors to get in touch with.
