My start  in  real estate was in 1969, things have certainly changed since then.  I have been with the same company, orignally O'Conor & Flynn, it was sold and is now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  I am a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association  of York and Adams County, National Association of Realtors, a life member of the Realtors Million Dollar Association and National Trust certified to sell Historic Homes.  I reside in Maryland just over the Pennsylvania line and service the northern areas of Maryland and the southern areas of Pennsylvania.  My passion is country properties and older homes.  I am a full time professional and technology oriented.  I have volunteered with the Make-A-Wish foundation, the mentor program for children at Medfield Elementary School, Habitat for Humanity.  I am known for my creative out of the box thinking and my creative marketing pieces.  My designations include ABR,CRS,GRI
