Get to know Darren B

   Guiding Principle: I believe money is attracted and not pursued.  Money is attracted by offering value for products and services to clients. The more actual value that you can offer to a customer the more customers you will attract. 

I have a total of about 8 years in the mortgage finance industry. I got my start in New York working for several different banks and lenders. My wife and I decided to relocate to North Carolina several years ago for a better quality of life for us and our children. I am currently a Regional Sales Director with Amerisave Mortgage Corporation. 

 In addition to my experience as a loan officer  I am president of a foreclosure prevention company which I started 5 years ago to provide additional services for people that I came across that were facing foreclosure due to loan default from financial hardship. I needed an effective way to keep people from losing their home when refinancing just wasn't an option. http://www.loan-mitigation-services.com 

I have also been a long time student of internal martials arts and the principles it instills.  

I have studied direct marketing and continue to study under some of the leading teachers to enhance and further my business endeavors.

My field of expertise has been in dealing with borrowers with less than perfect credit for purchase and refinance loans using government backed loan products.

That  eventually lead me to the area of helping homeowners facing foreclosure using out of court resolution methods. I came across so many people that  desperately needed to refinance to save their home.
