| We were lucky enough to have Danial Vachon as our agent. Daniel was great to work with. He listened to the needs that we had in finding the type of home that would work for our family and all within our budget. We found him extremely knowledgeable about the market and especially about short sale and foreclosure homes. He explained the process in a way we could understand, he was available by phone/email/text to answer questions. He got us top-dollar for our home that we were selling and was great with the negotiations on both the selling and buying aspect of the process. He took us around to many homes and we didn't feel any pressure to commit until we were ready and had found the home that was right for us. Thank You for a good experience. | Being a former real estate agent I had knowledge of the market and processes in selling a home. Daniel gave me new insights into the current market and gave me options and strategies I had never considered. He did this in a professional and courteous way. I could tell Daniel always and only had MY BEST INTERESTS in mind throughout the entire transaction. This was huge to me.
