I started pursuing my real estate career over 16 years ago when I turned my first home into a rental. Over the years I have owned 14 properties, most of which I managed as rentals and I became very familiar with the buying and selling process as a client before ever considering becoming an agent. Recently I traded in my passion of hunting properties for myself and now I hunt for the perfect home for my clients. While I still get to pursue my passion I don't have to move from home to home or manage rentals, I get to do it many times a year and it's much more fulfilling to help someone else buy or sell their home than it is to purchase one for me.
