I have two main focuses other than the the reward of making my clients happy and gaining their future business. The first focus on the selling end is using my extensive knowledge of marketing and computer skills to gain the advantage on selling the property. I believe that in this era of real estate that the agents that haven't kept up with the changing face of the market will eventually be eliminated completely and that they do an automatic disservice to the client. As far as the Buyer's end, I am working towards having my ABR designation (only one elective away) so that I can learn to maximize my negotiating and representation skills to help my client always maintain the upper hand when buying a home.
