I sell Real Estate from two different approaches. First I use my background in technology to bring the best tools to my Sellers and Buyers. Secondly, I use my past construction knowledge to give a better perspective of how to prepare or update your home.
I have over 16 years of high end sales experience in Real Estate and High Tech Industry. I have over 9 years experience in Residential Real Estate and have sold homes from Ocean Shores to Gold Bar and everywhere in between.
I use a number of technologies for communicating to my clients and advertising listings for them. Some of them include: Top Producer, FaceBook, Active Rain, Seattle Metro Living Blog, Yelp, LinkedIn, Retaggar, Trulia, Zillow, Postlets, Craigslist
I am an expert in the Seattle Metro Area. I have sold and worked with clients in West Seattle, Queen Anne, Magnolia, Edmonds, Lake Forest Park, Madison Park, Ballard, Shoreline, Green Lake, Bellevue and Woodinville to name a few.

I live with my Wife Meagan and Son Brody in West Seattle. I am a West Seattle Rotarian and on the ALC board for Keller Williams.
