I know the area well. I came to Nampa with my folks when I was 8 years old. I attended Nampa's public school for my elementary school experience and completed my Jr. and Sr. High school experiences at a private institution. I received a BA degree from NNC (now NNU). My father was a realtor in the area until his death in 1983. When I moved to Nampa for the third time in 2000 I began studying what was happening in Real Estate and decided it would be a good thing for me to begin helping both sellers and buyers make informed decisions about their Real Estate needs.
