| Paul helped me to get my first home and I don’t think that I could have found anyone with more expertise in the real estate business. He was very patient in showing my wife all the poss ible homes that we would like with the requirements that we gave him. His knowledge made it very easy for us to feel comfortable when it came down to choosing the right home to buy. We appreciate his honesty and compassion which he showed for us through out the entire process. Paul’s knowledge of real estate also made it easy for me to purchase a home for my mother in another state a few years ago and just recently, my best friend decided to buy a home and I advised her to use Paul as the agent but instead she chose to use a family member. Helping family is always a good thing but sometimes you have to find out the hard way that it may not be, at times and this was one of those times. My friend decided to use her sister, against my advise and ended up waiting 6 months on paper work and when it was time to sign, it was held back another 3 months due to people not doing their due diligence. I contacted Paul and he was able to give me some good advise and I informed my friend and thank goodness that he told me in time and my friend was able to get her money back and purchase a different home 4 months later. I have a lot of respect for Paul because he went above and beyond to give me advise even when he didn’t have too. I would recommend him in a heartbeat if anyone asks. He is an amazing agent. M.
