I graduated from Valley Forge High School in 1967. Shortly after I joined the Navy and saw 3 tours of duty in Vietnam. After the Navy I worked in an auto parts store until I started my electrical apprenticeship in 1977. I have been a journeyman electrician since I finished my apprenticeship in 1981. In 1985 I decided to become licensed and began taking my classes at TRI-C in Parma. A week later they carried me off the job on a stretcher, having tore up my right leg.
I received my license in June of 1984 and went to work for a Century 21 in Strongsville for the next 11 years. I left C-21 to work the non-traditional real estate market going to work for $2100$ Realty working for both The Moneysavers and Sellers Choice. In February 0f 01 I moved to Next Home. In the years I was with Next Home I sold 326 homes and was awarded the OAR Presidents Club Award Of Excellence, 5 million or more in production fron 2002-2006. In 2007 with the economy the way it is, I still sold 39 homes and had a production level of 3.6 million dollars in sales.I was either the top agent or the # 2 agent, in most categoties, in the office for the 7 years I was there.
In January of 2008 after battling with office management I decided it was time for a change. After interviewing with just 2 offices I chose RE/MAX Classic Realty Group because of the RE/MAX name and the agents involved in the office. I also felt in this market it gave me the flexibility to custom design a program for the individual seller depending on their needs. I feel comfortable with the move and look forward to getting back into the traditional real estate market.
In the last six months I completed my course requirements to sit for my Ohio Brokers License. On April 30th I finally took the test and passed on the first try.
I am married, for 31 years and have one son who is 27 and living in Columbes. I have lived in Brunswick for 30 years and plan on staying in the community. With what's happening in this community Brunswick will soon put itself on the map as a place to visit, and an awesome place to raise a family.

I primarily work the western section of Cuyahoga County, most of Medina County, because that's where my expertise is, and at times have worked Lorain, Lake Portage and Summit counties. In the past seven years I have been primarily a listing agent with more than 75% of my business coming from sellers. In the past I have worked with buyers and especially like working with first time buyer and also my sellers after I've sold their homes. I also have experience in multi-family as well as small commercial.
After receiving my license I continued going to college eventually earning an associates degree in real estate. I like to keep current a have spent many hours in continuing education, not only to get my 30 hours in, but to keep me abreast of what's happening in the marektplace. I definitely go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to working with my buyers and sellers. I align myself with the professionals I trust in the mortgage and title business.
I am in the process of forming a team at RE/MAX Classic. So far I have one agent who has committed to join me and another is contemplating what he'll do. I envision a team of 5-7 agents, with a dedicated buyers agent to take care of our buyers leads. The ability in this business to have quality backup, you can trust, is vital in keeping your sanity.
