I am in the process of completing the new Florida requirements from Gold Coast Schools, Miami, Florida, AB1-Registered Trainee Appraiser Course, Basic Appraisal Principles 30 hours., Basic Appraisal Procedures 30 hours. Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches 30 hours, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice 15 hours.
Florida has changed to the new AQB's 2008 Requirements and requires tests that are a necessity to pass here before you can be a trainee. I understand that the requirements in Texas are not as step as Florida, because FL has had a bad problem with the real estate market, which is good because I am a little more prepared. So, if there is anyone out there looking or know who may be looking for a hard working enthusiastic person ready to start a new life in Austin, TX. Please contact me.
Certifications
I have been working as a Sales Director/Operations Manager of a promotional Products Supplier company for the last 8 years. I was involved with managing and developing large distributor accounts. I was also directly involved with developing advertisement and marketing programs.
