After serving in the U.S. Army, Felix started selling real estate - eventually closing over 50 transactions a year. He become a branch manager for both First Team Real Estate and Realty ONE Group where he managed over 400 agents while overseeing thousands of transactions. To date, Felix has trained thousands of Real Estate Agents across the U.S. through his online and offline presentations and trainings. Felix is best known as a Social Media Real Estate Expert and has given classes on all aspects of social networking, organic branding and lead generation. His experience in Real Estate has given him a competitive advantage regarding how to properly train his followers to duplicate his success. By request from his peers, he began his coaching and mentoring programs in 2017. From 2015 to 2019, Felix has generated over $50 millions of dollars (in volume) in referral business from his personal Facebook page. He has over a half a million minutes of view time from his Facebook Lives. Felix has shared his secrets to his success in presentations, trainings and on Facebook Live. Felix is an active public speaker on the topics of Social Media, Real Estate, lead generation, transaction management, negotiations and small business operations. He has served on the Board of Directors for AREAA (Asian Real Estate Associations of America) Orange County, and he runs and coaches a weekly intensive boot camp for Real Estate Agents and Affiliates in Costa Mesa. When not speaking, coaching or training others, Felix gives back by volunteering at the OC Rescue Mission, and the Midnight Rescue Mission in Los Angeles.
