We are Atlanta Real Estate Investors that enjoy life to the fullest!  We are actively buying and selling property all over the Atlanta area whether REO, Short Sales or from private Sellers.  We also work with lease option scenarios, owner finance and other creative finance solutions.  While Atlanta is our primary market, we will go other places within the state to look at deals.

We also enjoy working with Sellers and Buyers by solving their challenges.  It is always a privilege to help others and must never be taken for granted.  We are always on the lookout for renovation projects to help stabilize neighborhoods.  We buy with cash, private financing or terms arrangements to create win-win situations.  We are also involved with Bulk REO and NPN packages whether from banks or private sellers, funds, etc.  We simply do deals!
