I can understand people's initial fear about investing in real estate because the culture all around them teaches that stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are the way to invest. People mistakenly believe that real estate investing is only for the rich elite. I can assure them that it is not.

With only basic arithmetic, I believe anybody desiring to invest in real estate can be successful. No need to get bogged down with discounted cash flow and internal rates of return. 

I have been buying, fixing, renting, flipping, selling, and managing properties since 2008. The investment side of real estate is truly my passion! And I love teaching people how they, too, can achieve their financial dreams through real estate.
