| Frank exceeded our expectations, he was very knowledgeable, honest and genuinely caring. A true class act, highly recommended. We met Frank in 2012 when we were looking to lease to own. He was representing the owner of the home. Even though that fell through we were so impressed with his character that we decided to use him when we purchased a home 1 year later. The thing that really stuck with me is, when we called him 1 year later he knew who I was. Not only that but when it came down to two homes that we had chosen he recommended we go with the cheaper one... which would not only save us money but would cut a little off his commission. That is not something most realtor would do. We Highly highly recommend him. |

| I chose Frank due to his high reviews and am glad to contribute my own now. 1) He's just downright pleasant to work with, always friendly, always responsive, and extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. 2) He won't just try to 'sell you a house'. He listened to what we wanted and made recommendations for and against every property we looked at. He provided far more in depth knowledge about what will need fixed, what will be good for resale, what to expect from the neighborhood, etc. - than I expected a realtor to provide. 3) He worked around my schedule (including weekends) and made it very easy to see the properties we were interested in without taking time away from work.
